The Community Partnerships Team aspires to uplift Charities and Groundups in their mission to contribute impactfully to addressing Singapore’s societal needs, providing access to resources and networks, capability development programmes, and strengthening ties within the non-profit ecosystem by facilitating collaboration with the other community organisations, public agencies and the corporate sector.

The team supports the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) Community as well as the BAGUS Together (Building All GroundUps for Success Together) Initiative.

The CNPL Community offers an integrated system of channeling resources and support for charities. Anchored on programmes for fundraising, impact measurement, leadership and governance, and opportunities for collaboration, the CNPL Community empowers charities to scale and deepen their impact.

The BAGUS Together initiative is collaboration with Temasek Foundation and Tote Board on enabling the Groundup ecosystem. As Singapore refreshes our social compact, Groundups play an important role for individuals to take ownership of the community issues and needs, and a complementary role, alongside the Government and charities. The initiative helps people start or deepen their involvement in creating social impact.
