City Of Good
The City of Good Award serves to recognise cross-sector partnerships for good, and celebrate their significant and sustainable impact and effectiveness, that have resulted in lasting contributions to society.
Deserving partnerships may apply or be nominated for the City of Good Award in recognition of a deserving partnership, initiative, project or programme. To ensure a complete application, the entry must be jointly completed by all partners and the nominator/referee.

Eligibility & Criteria
Please proceed with completing this application form only if the partnership fulfils the following criteria:
- The award recognises a partnership, initiative, project or programme that must be a joint effort between two or more parties from different sectors (e.g., The public, private and/or non-profit/people sector). One party must be an entity based in Singapore.
- The partnership project must have demonstrated an outstanding track record of significant and lasting impact and outcomes and is a national role model for other partnerships for good.
- Eligible partnerships, initiatives, projects or programmes must be ongoing, or have been completed in the last calendar year.
- Not involved in any legal/criminal proceedings, litigation, bankruptcy, or regulatory infraction at the point of submission.
- It should not be a paid partnership between applicants

- Deadline for submissions: 2 June 2025 (Monday) at 11.59pm.
- Entries with conflicts of interest* are not allowed.
- Shortlisted nominees/applicants may be required to discuss their application with the Secretariat.
- An esteemed panel of judges representing the public, private and people / non-profit sector will evaluate your application.
- PVPA recipient and nominees must keep Award results confidential until NVPC’s official announcement. Awards, once made, may be withdraw if there is non-disclosure or misrepresentation of material information, or for non-compliance of these conditions.
- All decisions relating to the Awards are final.
- All sensitive information submitted will be kept confidential. However, NVPC may share the contents of the nomination form publicly with the media or on our marketing platforms and publication materials for the purpose of publicity, marketing of PVPA and other related programmes and initiatives.
- PVPA recipients may be invited by NVPC to share their award-winning practices and experience to inspire and empower others.
*Conflict-of-interest (COI)
For Individuals Nominees: A COI applies to members of the nominee/applicant’s immediate family (defined as their spouse, child, sibling, parent, stepchild, stepparent, as well as mother-, father-, son-, daughter-, brother-, or sister-in-law) and to any other individuals who live in their household except for tenants and household employees.
For Organisations: A COI applies to representatives of the nominated organisation (defined as employees, management representatives) including board members and/or advisory members.
