Meet the team

Senior Director, Community Leadership and Partnerships

Lenard believes in servant leadership and nurturing cultures that are worthy of people’s commitment. Before joining NVPC, Lenard was at Sport Singapore where he had the opportunity to lead various divisions. Prior to that, Lenard served in the Republic of Singapore Navy for 13 years.

Lenard joined NVPC on 10 July 2017 as Director, Corporate Giving and was appointed as Senior Director, Community Leadership and Partnerships from 1 April 2024.

Wu Junli

Deputy Director, Leadership & Performance

Junli is the Deputy Director for Leadership and Performance at the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre. She works closely with her team to deliver initiatives and services that positively impact the effectiveness of charity boards and executive teams, while ensuring a great experience for charity leadership. 

An engineer by education, Junli is passionate about designing and leading team engagements to collaboratively tackle complex challenges, and working with individuals to unlock their potential through alignment with their talents, values and, aspirations.  She is a certified Lego Serious Play facilitator, Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, and active process facilitator. 

Edwin Yeo

Lead, BoardMatch & Advisory

Prior to serving in NVPC, since 1999, Edwin performed in, and subsequently founded and operated an Executive Search firm till 2023.

He is experienced in serving in commercial, voluntary, religious, and community areas, such as, Chair of Asia Pacific Region at Cornerstone International Group; ASEAN Chair at Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants; Chairman & Co-founder Member at Changing Minds Limited; helping in the local church and residential management council, and, currently Member of the Board of Global Cultural Alliance Limited and Board Member at Volleyball Association Singapore.

Edwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil Engineering, First Class Honours), majoring in Geotechnical Engineering, from the University of Newcastle-on-Tyne, United Kingdom. He is also an MBA graduate, specializing in business-to-business marketing, from the University of East London.

Anbarasan Thuraimanikam

Senior Manager, Leadership & Performance

Anbarasan Thuraimanikam is the Senior Manager of Leadership and Performance at the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). He spearheads initiatives to raise leadership standards across the social sector. His work includes designing leadership programmes for charity boards and executive teams to support effective governance and strategic impact.

Anbarasan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with formal training in public policy, volunteer management, and is an ACTA-certified trainer. He also has a strong background in board service, having held leadership and advisory roles locally and internationally.

Stacey Loh

Senior Manager, Leadership & Performance

Stacey Loh stewards initiatives at NVPC to enhance board governance and leadership effectiveness in the non-profit sector. She is also deeply involved in building leadership capabilities through impactful programs and alumni engagements.

A passionate facilitator with extensive experience across leadership, service excellence, soft skills, and IT in the region, Stacey is a certified Ken Blanchard Situational Self Leadership facilitator, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, MBTI practitioner, ACTA-certified professional, and holds an MBA.

As an International Coaching Federation-accredited professional coach, Stacey strongly believes that coaching can be a powerful tool to make a positive difference in a person’s life. She hopes to help others gain clarity, acquire a greater sense of awareness, become happier, and realise their full potentials.


Jane Anne Tng

Associate, Leadership & Performance 

Jane is a Sociology graduate with a minor in Public Health. Her work circles around co-creating and supporting initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities and improve the effectiveness of the NPO sector. Driven by curiosity and kindness, she enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and discovering ways to improve lives.

Passionate about sustainability, Jane explores not just environmental but also community, lifestyle, and societal sustainability. She believes in the importance of preserving and improving systems to better the lives of individuals and communities.
