Based on the learnings of our first three Colabs series, NVPC distilled key insights and learnings from the process of convening diverse stakeholders through the Colabs journey and codified them into a Toolkit!
The Toolkit contains our 3 core principles, 3-phase journey and 10-step process. It is experientially-grounded and can be adapted to different complex social issues, as well as face-to-face or virtual modalities.
It is also an open-source document, and we welcome all who are keen to tackle complex problems to use, adapt, and refine it. Through this, we hope that the Toolkit helps to build capabilities and nurture process leaders in the collaboration space.
