Our Leadership Team

Chief Executive Officer
Tony is passionate about reimagining community and business systems to create a more gracious and sustainable society. He volunteers as a board member in family, community service and healthcare non-profit organisations.

Tony joined NVPC on 7 Nov 2018 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and was appointed the Chief Executive Officer from 1 Oct 2022.

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Lai believes that when design is included in strategy, the ability to create relevant and better solutions for different communities will accelerate. He has been fortunate to hone this craft for more than 22 years in senior leadership positions across industries such as financial services, property management, entertainment and media, tourism and hospitality, private education, innovation consulting and the public service. He volunteers his time on the advisory council of a few charities and a public school.

Tony joined NVPC on 15 Aug 2022 as Senior Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships and assumed the role of Senior Director, Partnerships Group on 01 Oct 2023. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer from 01 Jan 2024.

Senior Director, Community Leadership and Partnerships

Lenard believes in servant leadership and nurturing cultures that are worthy of people’s commitment. Before joining NVPC, Lenard was at Sport Singapore where he had the opportunity to lead various divisions. Prior to that, Lenard served in the Republic of Singapore Navy for 13 years.

Lenard joined NVPC on 10 July 2017 as Director, Corporate Giving and was appointed as Senior Director, Community Leadership and Partnerships from 1 April 2024.

Director, People & Corporate Services

Amy has extensive experience across Human Resources, Finance, Governance, Corporate and Social Services. She volunteers as a committee member at family service centres and with other non-profit organisations. She also allocates time to mentor and guide non-profit organisations that are newly set up.

Amy joined NVPC on 5 Aug 2013.

Director, Digital Innovation

Janet has delivered IT projects for the public and private sector across diverse industries, witnessing the progressive shift to “Digital First” for organisations today. She is always excited about the innovation that brings impactful transformation. She believes in social good, especially for causes related to children and animals.

Janet joined NVPC on 1 Apr 2021.

Director, Strategy & Policy and Director, Knowledge & Insights

Soek spent most of her career in the US, working for global corporations and philanthropic organisations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She is passionate about causes that benefit children’s education and health.

Soek joined NVPC on 23 Jan 2018 as the Director, Strategy & Policy and assumed the role of Director, Knowledge & Insights from 26 Jun 2023.

Lin Sufei

Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships

Sufei joined NVPC on 1 July 2021 with the firm belief that businesses can create a positive impact on society and that there is no singular pathway to success.

Through her ever-evolving journey from an economic agency to her current role as Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships at NVPC, she has witnessed the numerous possibilities in integrating profit with purpose. Standing on the shoulders of giants that came before her, she is committed to growing Companies of Good and forming impactful partnerships for a stronger Singapore while working with the young to fulfil their aspirations and potential.
