On behalf of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, I would like to thank all of you for being a part of Our Finest Hour in the City of Good. We are so proud of all you incredible people as each of you have become a rainbow in someone’s cloudy day. You have become the light that inspires others to dream.
I hope that you have been inspired by the many exemplary givers who have gone above and beyond their call of duty to uplift those in need.
We are surrounded by infinite opportunities to inspire other people to bring joy and support into the lives of others in these unprecedented times. You are our everyday Heroes that give us inspiration, to think out of the box when thinking of endless possibilities and new direction in our lives.

And for, all of the nominees who have done Singapore proud because of the difference and impact you have created in so many lives forming the fabric of our City of Good.
Finally, to my NVPC staff a big Thank you for all that you do to bring alive our vision for a City of Good. You guys are awesome!
It really only takes a spark to light a fire so that everyday people like you and I can bring much to life, and as we have seen today, a City of Good in Our Finest Hour!
