Tony Soh

Chief Executive Officer
Tony is passionate about reimagining community and business systems to create a more gracious and sustainable society. He volunteers as a board member in family, community service and healthcare non-profit organisations.
Tony joined NVPC on 7 Nov 2018 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and was appointed the Chief Executive Officer from 1 Oct 2022.

Tony Lai

Chief Operating Officer
Tony Lai believes that when design is included in strategy, the ability to create relevant and better solutions for different communities will accelerate. He has been fortunate to hone this craft for more than 22 years in senior leadership positions across industries such as financial services, property management, entertainment and media, tourism and hospitality, private education, innovation consulting and the public service. He volunteers his time on the advisory council of a few charities and a public school.
Tony joined NVPC on 15 Aug 2022 as Senior Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships and assumed the role of Senior Director, Partnerships Group on 01 Oct 2023. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer from 01 Jan 2024.

Amy Teo

Director, People & Corporate Services

Amy Teo has broad experience across healthcare, human resources, learning & development, consulting, and the non-profit sector. At NVPC, she leads the People & Corporate Services team, overseeing HR, finance, governance, and operations.

Amy joined NVPC on 5 Aug 2013 and believes in building sound organisational practices while creating an environment where people can learn, grow and contribute. Amy is passionate about developing people and supporting the continued growth of NVPC. Beyond her work at NVPC, she also contributes to the non-profit sector through volunteering and mentoring.

Lin Sufei

Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships

Lin Sufei joined NVPC on 1 July 2021 with the firm belief that businesses can create a positive impact on society and that there is no singular pathway to success. 

Through her ever-evolving journey from an economic agency to her current role as Director, Corporate & Industry Partnerships at NVPC, she has witnessed the numerous possibilities in integrating profit with purpose. Standing on the shoulders of giants that came before her, she is committed to growing Companies of Good and forming impactful partnerships for a stronger Singapore while working with the young to fulfil their aspirations and potential.

Serene Chen

Director, Marketing and Communications

Serene Chen joined NVPC on 1 July 2024 with the conviction that stories have a way of connecting communities and catalysing conversations that spark change. Coming from a background in public service, she drew up brand narratives and pursued partnerships that positioned Singapore as a compelling tourism destination and business hub.

After venturing into the private sector to build experience in brand, marketing, and communications across the education, energy, and tech sectors, Serene made a return to the Singapore brand. Inspired by the mission of growing a culture of giving, Serene leads the team in engaging communities and shaping stories of Singapore as a City of Good.

Darion Chong

Director, Strategy & Policy

Darion Chong brings over 15 years of experience in public healthcare, specialising in strategic planning, data protection, and risk and compliance. During this time, he had the privilege of contributing to system-wide transformation efforts to address the complex challenges within healthcare. Prior to this, he worked in different functions and industries — including technology R&D, education, and hospitality — which has provided him with a broad, multifaceted perspective.

Darion joined NVPC on 6 October 2025, driven by a desire to continue channelling his skills and experience into public service. He looks forward to contributing meaningfully to NVPC’s vision of advancing Singapore towards becoming a City of Good.
