08 October 2025
  • The Oct-Dec season of giving will feature over 200 digital and physical activations to inspire everyday giving
  • The campaign aims to surpass the S$42 million raised on giving.sg in Oct-Dec 2024, and rally 10,000 volunteer sign-ups
  • SGSHARE on giving.sg anchors the finale, supported by new platform features that showcase diverse giving opportunities and inspire user-generated stories of impact

SINGAPORE, 8 OCT 2025 –
The National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) officially launched the Great Singapore Give (GSG) 2025 today, a three-month nationwide season of giving that marks the grand finale of SG60 celebrations with a collective call for everyone to give. Running from 1 October to 31 December 2025, this year’s campaign continues under the theme of “Everyone Can Give,” echoing our aspiration to nurture a ‘we first’ society. It brings together over 200 organisations from the people, private and public sectors, with more than 200 digital and physical activations across the island.

The GSG 2025 launch ceremony, which took place at the newly renovated Temasek Shophouse, saw over 150 representatives including the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), charities, and corporate partners in attendance.

Tony Soh, CEO of NVPC, said, “The Great Singapore Give is a time where Singaporeans can come together to express and celebrate generosity in all forms. As we close SG60, our goal is not only to raise more than the S$42 million raised on giving.sg in Oct-Dec 2024 and to rally 10,000 volunteer sign-ups, but to also create diverse opportunities so that giving becomes part of everyday life for everyone.”

Partnerships and activations to inspire giving

To wrap up the nationwide SG60 celebrations, NVPC aims to keep giving top of mind through sustained campaigns and activations during GSG 2025, with the goal to raise more than S$42 million for charitable causes and rally 10,000 volunteers.

Season sponsors such as ABR Holdings, IHH Healthcare Singapore, Lendlease REIT, QB House, Standard Chartered, and UOB are also supporting efforts to encourage wider public participation and strengthen Singapore’s giving ecosystem.

SGSHARE is at the heart of Great Singapore Give

SGSHARE is the national regular giving programme launched in conjunction with SG60. It will take centre stage on giving.sg, NVPC’s national giving platform, supported by a refreshed GSG landing page showcasing campaigns, activations, and giving opportunities. Corporate partners will also play a key role by amplifying reach through fundraising and advocacy.

To make participation seamless, giving.sg has been enhanced with new features. This includes a refreshed landing page serving as a one-stop hub for all participating campaigns, activations, and giving opportunities. It also allows corporates and charities to either submit user-generated stories or ‘Stories of Impact’ and ‘Giving Events’. These stories will be amplified across multiple channels to inspire and sustain momentum throughout the three-month campaign.

Accessible at www.giving.sg/greatsingaporegive, giving.sg will serve not just as a central hub of this year’s GSG campaign, but also a year-round platform where individuals, corporates and charities can come together to donate, volunteer or explore further opportunities to give.

Key Happenings:

GSG 2025 will feature vibrant activations across Singapore, including:

  • Sinaran Hati Livestream Show (18 Oct): Sinaran Hati is Tabung Amal Aidilfitri’s second annual flagship fundraising campaign, dedicated to supporting more than 3,000 low-income and disadvantaged families across Singapore. SG Cares Giving Week returns as the pinnacle of GSG 2025

SG Cares Giving Week (SCGW) returns as the pinnacle of GSG 2025, taking place between 1 to 7 December 2025. During this week, giving.sg will sport a refreshed look to spotlight creativity and inclusion. Ong Xin Min, an artist from MINDS, is creating a design inspired by the acts of giving time and talent.

The SCGW will spotlight SG Cares Volunteer Centres and showcase heartwarming stories of care and giving. It will also recap for Project V and encourage more companies to take part in corporate volunteerism. Charity events held during this period will also be amplified, together with curated volunteering opportunities. All these will be featured on the updated GSG landing page, to celebrate the collective contributions across the different sectors.

Growing and deepening giving beyond SG60

Beyond this year’s GSG campaign, NVPC will continue working with various partners to sustain the momentum of the campaign beyond SG60. Part of the goal of GSG 2025 is to forge new partnerships and connections that will lay the foundation for giving in 2026 and beyond. Through the different partnerships and opportunities, NVPC hopes to inspire more individuals and corporates to join the various programmes and initiatives to give.
