Project Obscura believes that everyone deserves to have their stories seen and memories preserved, regardless of their circumstances. Founded in 2022, the youth-led groundup makes professional photography accessible to underserved communities, while helping charities and community organisations tell their stories through compelling visuals. It has grown to 330 volunteers and collaborated with 100 partners, delivering over 50,000 photographs and reaching an estimated 10,000 people. 60 Lights, One Future – Turning Individual Networks into Collective Impact

PVPA 2026 60 Lights One Future scaled
City of Good winner – 60 Lights, One Future

60 Lights, One Future brought together Peace of Art, Singapore Red Cross, and City Developments Limited to turn giving into a collective movement. The campaign rallied 60 “Lights” – comprising individuals, families, businesses, corporates, creators, and communities – to each activate their own networks in support of the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme. Together, they raised over S$468,000 to provide sustained support for children from vulnerable backgrounds through education, mentorship, enrichment, and nutrition initiatives. Building on a partnership since 2021, the initiative demonstrates the power of cross-sector collaboration in broadening participation in giving, uniting social impact, community engagement, and environmental sustainability to create lasting change.
