The Organisations of Good category pays tribute to businesses and institutions — from small enterprises to large corporations and public agencies — that weave purpose into their core operations. These organisations go beyond transactions to foster a culture of care, rally employees and stakeholders, and create lasting value for the community in alignment with the Corporate Purpose Framework.
Abry embeds social impact into its fashion and lifestyle business, creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who may face barriers to employment, including single mothers, persons with disabilities, former offenders, and seniors. Rather than viewing giving as a separate initiative, Abry integrates it into its everyday business through inclusive employment, responsible procurement, and cross-sector partnerships. It also supports underserved artisans and entrepreneurs through mentorship and retail opportunities, helping them build sustainable livelihoods. Abry aims to extend this model beyond its own organisation, encouraging more employers and partners to adopt inclusive practices and multiply their collective impact.
Go!Mama began by addressing a simple but often overlooked need: accessible and dignified spaces for breastfeeding mothers. Today, it operates over 100 tech-enabled lactation pods across workplaces, hospitals, and public spaces, supporting a community of more than 20,000 mothers. Beyond providing infrastructure, Go!Mama brings together government agencies, employers, healthcare, businesses, and community partners to strengthen support for mothers in their daily lives. By combining its business model with advocacy and cross-sector collaboration, Go!Mama is helping to shape a future where mothers’ needs are thoughtfully integrated in how workplaces, communities, and public spaces are designed.

At Temasek Polytechnic (TP), “Creating Tomorrow” is more than a tagline – it is a promise brought to life through a culture of care, where students and staff contribute their skills and expertise to uplift communities. Through service-learning, student-led initiatives, staff volunteering, and partnerships that multiply impact, TP supports persons with disabilities, seniors, families in need and sustainability. Each year, more than 4,000 students participate in curriculum-driven service-learning, contributing at least three hours each. TP is deepening its community impact through a campus Care Hub, bringing together training, applied research and community inclusion to create holistic, real-world care environments.
